Berkeley Hills Mediterranean
This Berkeley Hills gem is a perfect example of a low maintenance / high impact lawn conversion. What was once a high maintenance, high water lawn is now a gorgeous tapestry of succulents and perennials requiring 1/3 of the water and care of a traditional lawn. The plant palette is a combination of Agave, Leucadendron, Aeonium and Yucca. These Mediterranean plants love the free draining gentle slope and our mild Bay area weather.
